About Kellund
Kellund is an online shop selling everyday gear for dogs and cats, the car, travel, the home and home workouts. We deliver within Australia only.
What we sell
- Pets: grooming and bath tools, a cool-touch pet mat, cat toys, and walking gear such as a hands-free lead and a padded harness.
- Dog car travel: a waterproof back-seat cover and a boot liner for SUVs and wagons.
- Car & travel: seat-back and boot organisers, seat gap fillers, a phone mount, packing cubes and a toiletry bag.
- Home & garden: a mini squeeze mop, a drain hair tool, a hose spray nozzle and under-bed storage bags.
- Fitness: resistance bands, a weighted cordless skipping rope, gliding discs, a Pilates ring and recovery gear.
How we describe our products
Our product pages give the sizes and materials our supplier provides. Where size matters, such as for a seat cover or a harness, the page tells you what to measure first. If anything isn't clear, email us before you buy.
Delivery
Our products ship from our supplier in China, and most orders arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery is A$11 Australia-wide, and free on orders of A$100 or more. We email tracking details once your parcel has its first carrier scan. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns
If you change your mind, contact us and send the item back within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You pay the return postage, and the original delivery charge isn't refunded. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every order. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll handle it. See our Refund Policy.
