1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

2. Orders and prices

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Kellund. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and sizes are approximate. If an item is not as described, see our Refund policy.

4. Shipping

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and faulty items are handled under our Refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Using the site

You must not misuse the site, including by attempting to break its security, copying its content for commercial use, or placing fraudulent orders. Site content, including text, images and the Kellund name, belongs to us or our licensors.

7. Product use

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product, and use fitness and pet products within their stated limits.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and except for the guarantees in section 1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Where the law lets us limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
