Refund policy
Your consumer rights
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every purchase. This policy, a manufacturer's warranty and our change-of-mind conditions do not limit them.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Contact us through our Contact page or at support@kellund.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Photos help, but they are not a condition of your rights. Stop using a product if you think it is unsafe.
We handle the claim. You don't have to deal with our supplier or the manufacturer. Faulty goods don't need to be unused or in their original packaging. Contact us before posting anything back so we can give you the right return address. We meet the return costs required by law, and we don't charge a restocking fee on a faulty item.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, contact us and send the item back within 14 days of delivery. It must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We'll give you the return address. You pay the return postage, and we charge no restocking fee. Keep your proof of posting. Once the item arrives and has been checked, we refund it.
The original delivery charge is not refunded on a change-of-mind return. These conditions apply only when you change your mind. They don't limit your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the credit.
