Where we deliver

We deliver within Australia only. Checkout shows the delivery options for your address.

Delivery charges

Standard shipping is A$11. It is free on orders of A$100 or more. Checkout shows your total delivery charge before you pay.

How long delivery takes

Our products ship from our supplier in China. Most orders arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks. Some take longer, and remote areas can take longer again. Each product page shows its estimate. An estimate is not a guaranteed date, and it doesn't remove your rights if delivery is unreasonably late.

If we know about a delay, we'll tell you. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we'll look into it.

Tracking

We email tracking details once your parcel has its first carrier scan. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel free of charge until we place your order with our supplier, and we refund or release your payment in full. After that, our Refund Policy applies.

Address problems

Please check your delivery address before you order. If a parcel can't be delivered or comes back, we'll contact you to sort out the next steps.
